HUTCHINSON, Kan.—Trinity Academy had not played a game since December 18th but they certainly weren't rusty as the pushed the Hutchinson Salthawks to the limit Tuesday night at the Salthawk Activity Center.

The Salthawks hit three huge free throws inside of a minute to give them the win 62-58.  Hutchinson trailed early in the first quarter but soon got on track and even had a couple of 10 point leads in the first half before settling in for a 31-27 lead at intermission.

Hutchinson was led by Myles Thompson with 24 points, but Sr. Jake Huhs game up big with 13 of his 14 points coming in the second half.  Huhs hit 2 free throws inside of 16 seconds after being fouled intentionally after Hutchinson claimed its second offensive rebound inside the last 30 seconds.

Trinity Academy was paced by their outstanding Sr. guard Christian Williams who had 24 points to match Thompsons terrific night, but Williams was saddled with foul trouble in the 3rd quarter as the Salthawks held him to just 1 point in the 3rd period.

Next action for Hutchinson is a road game on Friday to Goddard Eisenhower.
