WICHITA, Kan.-The Hutchinson Salthawk football team will travel to Wichita Friday night for the 1st round of the class 5A football state playoffs. Hutchinson (4-4) will match up with Bishop Carroll (6-2) for the 6th time over the history of two programs. Bishop Carroll eliminated Hutchinson from the the playoffs last year in a game played at Gowans Stadium in the 2nd round. Bishop Carroll's two losses were to Derby and last week to Wichita East.
