HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutch CC Board of Trustees will meet in regular session Thursday evening with a light agenda.
The Board will go over a tower lease request from IdeaTek of Buhler and take action on a contract with McClelland Sound for multimedia equipment in Waldo Auditorium. The equipment would allow for social distancing requirements with large classrooms. SPARK funding will be used to pay for the equipment at a cost of just over $93,000.
The equipment will include a video projector and two monitors. Acoustical panels will be installed to help with sound levels in the auditorium.
Also Thursday, the Board will go into three executive sessions, one for personnel, one for negotiations and one for the purchase of real estate.
Thursday’s meeting of the Hutch CC Board begins at 7 p.m. at the Shears Technology Center.
