HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The annual Downtown Hutchinson Rod Run event has been cancelled for 2020, but they are planning to help anyway.

The drive-thru donation event will be at DCI Park on August 22nd from noon to 9 p.m. in the parking lot.
"Cruise on down Main with your family and help support local families in need as we start off the new school year," Gruver said.
Grab some lunch or dinner from one of the drive up food trucks. There will be free live music by Red Line from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. in the park.
First Call for Help will be accepting check donations. No cash will be accepted at Saturday's event.
Rod Run Shirts will be for sale for $5. Proceeds will benefit First Call for Help.
The event will occur rain or shine.
