
CHARLOTTE, NC — The Hutchinson Community College football team ends the 2023 season ranked No. 3 in the final poll released by the NJCAA, which was released on Monday afternoon.
The Blue Dragons ended the 2023 campaign with a semifinal loss to eventual national runner-up, East Mississippi. Hutchinson had a 10-1 overall record and claimed their fourth straight Jayhawk Conference title, going 6-0 in conference play.
National champion Iowa Western finishes No. 1 in the postseason poll, followed by East Mississippi, Hutchinson, Copiah-Lincoln and Kilgore in the top five.
Two other Jayhawk Conference teams cracked the Top 15 poll, led by Dodge City at No. 6 and Highland at No. 15.
