
WICHITA, Kan. — The Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference (KJCCC) will host its annual football Media Day today. The event will begin at 12 p.m. and will be hosted by the Wichita Wind Surge at Riverfront Stadium.

The annual event gives an opportunity for head coaches from the seven football playing schools in the KJCCC to preview the upcoming fall season. There will also be time for each coach to answer questions from media members.
KJCCC first-year commissioner Mike Saddler will have opening remarks and a brief overview of the conference before coordinator of officials Craig Helser talks rule changes for the 2023 season. The event will be hosted by radio personality Pat Strathman.
The Blue Dragons were picked to win the 2022 title in the preseason coaches' poll and that held true, as Drew Dallas led his team to the regular season title. Below is the predicted order of finish from 2022 and how each team finished in parentheses.
