McPherson County's COVID-19 case count as of Monday is at 28, with 25 recovered and one hospitalized.
The newest positive case is a male in his 50s recovering at home with unknown exposure.
McPherson County continues to mandate a 14-day home quarantine if out of state travel was taken to New York on or after March 15, Illinois or New Jersey on or after March 23, Connecticut on or after April 6, Massachusetts or Rhode Island on or after April 30 or Maryland on or after May 12 or any international, cruise ship or river cruise travel after March 15.
Residents are asked to maintain social distancing, avoid gathering in groups larger than 15, wear cloth face coverings or homemade masks when in public and practice proper handwashing and respiratory etiquette.
