HUTCHINSON, Kan. — With all that’s going on, visiting the Hutchinson Zoo in person is not an option at this time. But that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the many features the zoo has to offer. You just have to take a different approach. In May the zoo will be offering a special virtual youth camp.
The zoo will host its Watery World Virtual Zoo Camp May 18 to 22. Participants will learn all about wetlands and the animals that call them home. Each child will receive a packet that includes instructions and all needed supplies, as well as an exclusive T-shirt and a special surprise at the end of camp.
