MCPHERSON, Kan. — McPherson County has reported its 20th positive case of COVID-19.

The latest case involves a 70-year-old female who is currently hospitalized. The Health Department reports that 12 of the confirmed cases have recovered and three remain in the hospital.

As a reminder, one of the cases was a Dillons employee at 132 N. Main. That individual worked April 16 through April 19 between 5 a.m. and 2 p.m. If you were at the store during that time, you may have been exposed to COVID-19.

If you develop symptoms consistent with COVID-19  between two and 14 days later from the time you were at the store, you’re asked to contact your healthcare provider, the local hospital or the McPherson County Health Department.
