These prices are higher than other parts of the state. Some locations in northeast Kansas have prices at $1.99 per gallon. Prices in Wichita are averaging $2.05 per gallon. Prices in Hays and Salina are averaging $2.18.
In any case, gas prices across the state shouldn’t be a big issue when traveling for the Christmas and New Year's holidays.
