MCPHERSON COUNTY — I-135 in McPherson County will close Friday from mile marker 58 to 60 for bridge replacement. That's between the K-61 exit south of McPherson and the Highway 56 exit east of McPherson.
The bridge is located just south of the U.S. 56 exit. Northbound and southbound I-135 will close at 7 p.m. Friday. Southbound I-135 will reopen at 6 a.m. on Saturday, weaather permitting. Northbound I-135 will reopen by 7 p.m. on Saturday, weather permitting.
Traffic will follow a signed detour through McPherson via U.S. 56, Main Street and K-61. No oversized loads will be allowed on the detour.
