WICHITA, Kan. — Four players were in double figures for Team Colorado on Wednesday, as they defeated Mass Street for the Wichita Regional title in The Basketball Tournament at Koch Arena in Wichita, 84-81.
Colorado was paced by Joshua Adams 21 points. Dshawn Schwartz had 19, Jaizec Lottie with 16 and Andre Roberson with 14.
Frank Mason III had 25 for Mass Street in the loss.
Wednesday was the third straight win for Team Colorado over a Kansas-based squad, as they topped Kansas State’s alumni team, “Purple Reign”, Wichita State’s alumni team, “the Aftershocks”, and Kansas’ alumni team, “Mass Street” in consecutive rounds to advance in the tournament.
Team Colorado will now advance to play Forever Coogs in Houston on July 30.
