USD 308 Board of Education Elects President and Vice President for 2021-2022

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The USD 308 Board of Education elected their President and Vice President for the 2021-2022 school year during its regular meeting Monday (July 12, 2021).

At Monday’s meeting, the USD 308 Board of Education elected Greg Meredith as Board President and Lance Patterson as Vice President.

Also during Monday’s meeting, the Board heard the following topics:

Superintendent Mike Folks shared information on enrollment, budget process dates and upcoming work-session topics

Approved resignation of Annette Roberson as Board of Education Member

Discussed KASB policies and administrative regulations

Approved a new position for At Risk Clerk

Approved Resolution 2022-002 Establishing the Meeting dates, Locations and Times of the Board of Education of USD 308

Approved switching Friday, September 17, 2021 from an instructional day to K-12 professional development day
