HUTCHINSON, Kan. — There is just one week left to pre-register for the 2022 Rod Run in downtown Hutchinson coming up September 30 and October 1. Pre-Registration for the 2022 Rod Run closes on September 26 at midnight.
You can still participate by registering in person the day of the event. The first 200 pre-registrations receive a free 15th Annual Rod Run T-shirt.
Cars that are pre-registered have a fee of $30, with motorcycles at $15. It's five dollars more to register the day of the event.
Vehicle parking is pre-assigned on Main Street and on a first come basis.
All registered vehicles are parked with an assigned parking space.
Club & group parking is available, but all members must register at the same time.
All vehicles must be registered for the show and receive their registration number, parking space assignment and window card.
Event registration fee is for all days of the event.
Security both daytime and overnight will be provided. so vehicles can stay in their assigned parking space overnight.
No alcohol may be brought into the rod run area.
The annual Downtown Hutchinson Rod Run & Classic Car Show is an event that draws approximately 25,000 visitors to downtown Hutchinson the first weekend of October.
The event includes a Show & Shine of 400+ beautiful hot rods, classic and antique cars, trucks and motorcycles, a Main Street Cruise, vendor demonstrations, great food & drinks all weekend.
It’s fun, it’s free and everyone is welcome. The schedule is below:

The Friday Night Cruise is back again. The cruise will be open to everyone who has registered their car, truck or motorcycle for the weekend Rod Run & Classic Car Show and has their registration card posted on their windshield. Cruise route will Main Street from 3rd St to 27th Street.
